How Cleanverse Enables Programmed Governance

Patent-pending technology that interlocks verified identity and verified assets on every value transfer, embedding traceability and Travel Rule compliance.

Cleanverse Verified Identity (CVI)

Wallet bound to a non-transferable identity token after verification

By attestation of a user’s identity proofs including credentials issued by banks/financial institutions. No KYC data storage

Cleanverse Verified Asset (CVA)

Assets bound by a transfer policy layer after verification

Stablecoins/RWA/Tokenised deposits issued by licensed institutions using CCP or deposited from whitelisted licensed institutions

Programmed Governance

Consistently enforced permissions and rules for settlement and compliance with full traceability

On-chain governance with real-time data retrieval of value transfer and verified user data

Cleanverse Verified Identity (CVI)

The key to clean hands for every Web3 transfer

Cleanverse links verified real-world identity to Web3 wallets through a non-transferable and reusable identity token, enabling trusted access, compliant transfers, and accountable participation across digital asset ecosystems.

Cleanverse Verified Asset (CVA)

Assets originating from licensed institutions

A CVA refers to a digital asset that has been issued, deposited, or routed through approved licensed institutions, and is permitted to move only between wallets bound to an identity-verified token. This is controlled by the Cleanverse Compliance Protocol (CCP) that acts as a programmed compliance policy layer applied on the verified assets.

By Issuance

Digital assets including stablecoins, tokenised deposits, and tokenised real-world assets issued with the CCP. This embeds the programmed compliance policy layer within the issued asset by default.

By Deposit

Existing digital assets such as USDT or USDC that are deposited into identity-verified wallets through approved licensed institutions. These assets will then be embedded with the programmed compliance policy that ensures transactions between verified counterparties.

The network effect of compliance

Cleanverse is more than a compliance infrastructure layer – it is a force multiplier for Web3 trust
and growth. Every new member strengthens the ecosystem, where every verified identity, every
clean asset and every compliant transfer compounds trust across the network.
